At ZenPaz (accessible from zenpaz.app), one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. Our Service is designed to be anonymous. We do not require user accounts. The information we process includes:

  • User-Provided Content: We temporarily process the text prompts and images you upload solely for the purpose of generating AI-based ideas. All uploaded images are processed in volatile memory (RAM) and are automatically purged immediately after the AI output is generated. No human at ZenPaz has access to these temporary uploads, and this content is not stored on our servers after processing is complete.
  • Usage Data: To operate and secure our service, our servers may automatically log standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser type. This data is used for technical purposes like troubleshooting, security, and enforcing our usage limits.

2. Zen Business Track

Users participating in the Zen Business Masterclass remain anonymous. We do not collect business registration details, financial records, or client information. All progress is stored locally on your device via browser storage and is not transmitted to our servers.

3. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to help us understand how our users engage with the Service. Google Analytics collects information anonymously. It reports website trends without identifying individual visitors.

Because our Service is anonymous and we do not maintain user accounts, our ability to identify or exercise rights over specific individual data is limited. We comply with all standard data protection regulations to ensure user safety.

CCPA/CPRA Compliance: ZenPaz does not "sell" personal information as defined by the CCPA. However, users can still exercise their right to opt-out of interest-based advertising via the consent options provided on our Service.
