User Identity, Age Restrictions & Service Limitations
ZenPaz does not implement user authentication or identity tracking. All content is submitted anonymously. To ensure platform integrity, ZenPaz applies usage limits to its features (such as daily limits for generating decor ideas and design rituals) to ensure fair access for all users.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using ZenPaz, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.
Bot Protection: The use of automated scripts, bots, or any form of scraping technology to extract content from the Service is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to block access to any user or automated system that violates these terms.
User-Generated and AI-Generated Content
Our Service allows you to process information, text, and images. You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service.
By using the Service, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process the Content solely for the purpose of generating AI responses.
Commercial & Professional Use
While the standard use of ZenPaz is for personal inspiration, users who have reached Level 7 in the Zen Garden and are following the Zen Business Masterclass track are permitted to use AI-generated outputs (such as color palettes, DIY instructions, and decor rituals) for professional client presentations and boutique design services. ZenPaz and its licensors retain all rights to the underlying models and technology.
Earnings & Business Disclaimer
The Zen Business Masterclass and the Business Blueprint are provided for educational and inspirational purposes only. ZenPaz does not guarantee that you will earn any money or achieve specific financial results by using our tools or following our advice. Your success depends on your own efforts, skills, and market conditions. We are not responsible for your business transactions, client relationships, or any financial losses incurred while operating as a stylist or designer.
Limitation Of Liability
In no event shall ZenPaz, nor its directors or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages resulting from (i) your access to or use of the Service; (ii) any content obtained from the Service; or (iii) any physical results of DIY projects or professional design services attempted based on AI suggestions.

ZenPaz is not responsible for any property damage, financial loss, or personal injury resulting from DIY projects or structural changes inspired by the Service. Always consult a qualified professional for electrical, plumbing, or structural modifications.
